Majo - Who we are

The first nucleus of the company was founded in 1986 by Carla Coppari, a graduate of the Higher Institute of Industrial Design (ISIA) in Rome, and by Stefano Romani, with a long experience in various Tuscan goldsmith workshops.

The real Majo brand was born with the beginning of the production of bags.

Majo takes important steps in the national market and defines as its business the production of leather bags and handmade bijoux through which the multifaceted and lively creativity of the two founders is fully expressed.

In 1990 the Majo brand took part in the first national trade fairs in the sector, while the first overseas trip dates back to 1991.

Since then, Majo leather bags have been a constant presence in the most important international exhibition events through which the company has established important connections and collaborations with prestigious groups such as Saks NY, Harrod's London, Takashimaya NY / Japan and Printemps Paris, appearing in the most sought-after showcases of luxury from around the world.
